General Description:
Our client is refining agency process and moving traffic responsibilities and some workflow related responsibilities to this newly created position. The T-PM will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the established workflow protocols. Additionally, this person will be responsible for the smooth and timely flow of those projects through the system, so all components are properly delivered on time and on budget. This is an incredibly important position to our client. They are interested in hiring a diplomatically strong personality who is also a collaborative team player. This person has an experienced understanding of agency workflow, and enjoys refining that process.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Help establish, enhance and then refine the established workflow protocol
• Work with creative and account service to help them understand the importance of communication and managing deliverables per agency workload.
• Look ahead and anticipate and ameliorate potential bottlenecks and over commitment of resources.
• Designate project responsibilities to appropriate agency personnel and monitor progress towards meeting timeline deadlines
• Monitor hours actually worked, against hours projected in estimate and alert department Directors as may be necessary.
• Maintain constant high level view of agency activity, and help in whatever way necessary to keep everything humming smoothly.
Experience:
We’re looking for candidates with around five or six years of total experience, with most of that being in an ad agency environment. We need a candidate who has a closely related degree and is ambitious, smart, organized and a process oriented self-starter. We want someone who understands and has worked with the creative and account management disciplines. You should probably be a good negotiator, a diplomat and resolver of issues and bewilling to continue to accept additional responsibility in the agency as you earn it.
Compensation:
The compensation is commensurate with experience. There is an outstanding comp package including medical for employee (with family options, including dental and vision), 401K with a company match.
