His client in the San Francisco Bay area has an urgent need to identify, recruit and hire this EVP absolutely as soon as possible.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will immediately serve on the Agency's Executive Management Team. Please send your resume showing your experience, explain your qualifications and desire, and provide a list of client work history and salary requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years’ experience as an Account Lead (VP or Senior AD) for a reputable small to mid-sized Digital Agency or the Lead for Digital at a small - mid sized Ad Agency.
- Must be at expert level for ALL the latest Digital Channels (search, mobile, social, digital advertising, web content, web development).
- Needs to be able to execute all of the Digital Channels listed above and handle the management of these integrated programs.
- Can make very convincing "results driven" presentations for each of the above and integrated campaigns.
- Able to precisely manage projects and client relationships for all of the above.
- Must be very experienced with advertising analytics, possess exceptional ability to develop advertising results and marketing formulas, be very comfortable working with marketing formulas and comfortable working with and presenting metrics to the C-level.
- Digital content development , media placement and analytics experience mandatory
- Traditional Ad Agency (TV, Radio and Print experience is a bonus but not mandatory)
- Dynamic Team Player that can wear many hats and be counted on to manage agency's multiple projects and clients
- Skilled at developing, selling and executing integrated marketing/advertising programs for clients
- Experience writing strategic proposals, marketing communications plans and the ability to sell those plans through to C-level
- Experience making high level presentations to C-level marketing professionals
- High energy individual that subordinates will rally behind

Job Duties Include:
- Write In-Depth, very strategic, metrics based proposals
- Develop and articulate in-depth, very strategic integrated marketing programs
- Write comprehensive creative briefs
- Passionately service existing clients and new clients
- Be heavily engaged in client relationships, client projects and ensure performance level of "exceeds expectations" for client relationships
- Actively seek additional projects/new business from client contacts
- Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work/proposals to clients. Support other client service team members
- Work with creative team to develop the very best, strategically aligned creative
- Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
