General Description:
In this confidential search for our St. Louis client, we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Design) who wants the opportunity to help lead and grow a team.  We need a first rate ACD who does great work and can be in charge of a small department, manage work flow and partner with the ECD to make sweet music.

With that in mind, we need an experienced creative who’s got some project/traffic management skills, considers themselves really good at design and one of “the best” art directors around!  Multi-task, lead, mentor, concept, create in a modern, rapidly growing agency developing content through multiple channels.

You’re a smart digital thinker who’s very comfortable creating experiences and telling stories whether in person, online or with video.  You’ll do lots of logos, books, videos, events and all things experiential.

You like to create and not be “precious”.  You like to explore, innovate and mix all the disciplines together into a strategically sound, visually compelling gumbo that moves the client’s needle.

General Overview:
We're looking for our new Interactive Strategy Leader for our St. Louis client. That special someone who's able to combine creativity and technology to make amazing things happen. You'll be our go-to for technology and interactive approaches within larger advertising & marketing solutions. Guiding, shaping, leading, evangelizing within the agency and to clients; inspiring, advising, mentoring interactive teams; being the invaluable voice of reason and support with our clients and prospects.
 
Ultimately, you’re responsible for inspiring a good deal of our creative output and creating some of it yourself. Excelling in this role means you're able to apply strong skills in a number of areas including branding, digital and strategy, and you just happen to know what goes into building and retaining a special team.

This key leader, reporting to the CEO will collaborate with other capabilities to define the right solutions for both the brand and their customer.  While leadership is a key component for this role, this leader will also need to roll up his/her sleeves as needed to deliver engaging experiences for our Clients’ Brands.

We’re looking for a digital thought leader with balanced user-centered design skills, visual design sensibilities, understanding of technical constraints and appreciation for how disciplines work together.  You’ll be a key partner in the team developing and delivering compelling responses to new business opportunities. You’ll be the one with the desire and ability to engage and guide the client with strategic conversations while continually developing that relationship.
