In this confidential search for our St. Louis client, we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Design) who wants the opportunity to take the next step and help lead a team.   We need a first rate Designer who does great work and is ready to be in charge of a department, direct and manage work flow while partnering with other internal creative colleagues (video, print, interactive).

With that in mind, we need an experienced creative (five years’ in an agency) who’s got some project/traffic management and production skills, and who considers themselves to be an excellent designer and one of “the best” art directors around!  Multi-task, lead, mentor, concept, create and present in a modern, rapidly growing agency developing compelling content through multiple channels for their Global (yes, Global) clients.

You’re a smart visual thinker who’s very comfortable creating experiences, brand identities and telling stories, whether in person, print, online or with video.  You like to explore, innovate and mix all the disciplines together into a strategically sound, visually compelling gumbo that moves the client’s needle.

How To Find Headhunters or Executive Recruiters In St. Louis And Elsewhere

I had several calls last week asking "what do you do"?  I explained that I'm a consultant and retained recruiter with an expertise in marketing, advertising and communications.  When the caller realized that my area of expertise did not match up with theirs, invariably the caller will ask if I know how to find other recruiters.  Well, yes I do!

I thought I'd write a post compiling some of the regional and national websites that can help you find a recruiter by geography AND specialty.  There are dozens of sites that can help do this, but I have the names of several, so I thought I'd share them with you.

Regionally, the Missouri Association of Personnel and Staffing Services (MAPSS) has a website at www.MKSSA.com.  At the top of the landing page, you can search member specialties, or just click here.

General Description:
The Manager of Marcom is responsible for the implementation, oversight, measurement, and reporting of all marketing objectives for Domaine Storage. The successful candidate is a superior writer with the ability to write from a voice that reflects our client’s value proposition to their customers, and the industry at large.    Additionally, they possess excellent project management skills with experience in managing all digital and print marketing projects and events from concept to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
You’ll need to formalize Domaine’s marketing effort, starting with an annual plan.  
•    Create, implement and manage how sales are tracked related to marketing  spend.
•    Accurately track and measure marketing initiatives, event details and expenses using company software.
•    Oversee marketing material initiatives necessary to support the brands to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.  This includes: drafting copy, partnering with graphics designers or other vendors to design piece to brand standards and channeling project through review cycles with leadership. Upon completion, measure efficacy of marketing tactic, where appropriate, and present reports monthly to leadership.
