Associate Creative Director #17091
Location: Downtown St. Louis
General Description
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is a complete creative, responsible for leading a team in the thinking and making of ideas big and small. Part manager, part writer and all about making things happen, the ACD is just as likely to inspire a team with direction as they are to lead by example.
There’s nothing quite like the feeling when an idea comes together. And you’ve been putting great ideas together for quite some time. With a penchant for writing, a love of art direction, and a soft spot for creative teams, you’re comfortable leading all three. Because, well, that’s what it takes to make great ideas happen.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a writer
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing a creative team
- A portfolio with a range of work that shows your individual—and managerial—strengths
- B2B experience a plus, as long as the work still feels human
- B2B experience a minus if it’s loaded with impersonal business speak, acronyms and words like “leverage” or “enterprise-class”
- Digital content, TV and radio experience is both entertaining and super relevant
