Our Client is open to a remote worker in the Central Time Zone.

Overview:
Our client is experiencing consistent growth resulting from their success in their category of service. They are committed to building a world class in-house marketing and creative capability. You’ll work directly with and report to the Director of Digital Marketing. You’ll also collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications, the Social Media Manager and Senior Designer, as well as in-house IT teams.
You’ll advise teams on best practices in UX, Accessibility/WCAG issues; make design and functionality changes as needed to web assets; build landing pages for ads and build custom referral landing pages for strategic partnerships. create web components/modules for online events as needed (webinars, You Tube, Facebook) for customers and occasionally employees. Help design, adapt and maximize our “front-end assessment” or screening tools for in-bound referrals; and manage related digital assets in the Umbraco CMS system.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Experience developing and managing websites
• Excellent technology/coding skills (HTML, JS, etc.)
• Front end development skills with solid understanding of responsive design, UX, accessibility issues and graphic design
2. Familiarity with Umbraco (content management system) highly desirable
3. Experience developing and building landing pages to support paid search and programmatic advertising, strategic partnerships and specialized PR campaigns.
4. Experience with developing web-based applications used for lead generation and customer eligibility screening that support revenue generation.
5. Experience working with WCAG, Website Content Accessibility Guidelines is critical.
6. Ability to effectively work with cross-functional groups, including marketing Design, Social Media, PR, Operations, IT Development and the executive team.
7. Ability to track and report site activity and performance, use standard web analytic tools. General knowledge of A-B testing a plus.
