General Overview:
The Senior Media Analyst for our Texas “Agency of the Year” Client, will execute online marketing campaign strategy and work with a team of experienced digital marketing experts to create, analyze and optimize strategies. Your clients are results and data driven and you’ll identify, track and communicate key performance indicators and success metrics to their teams. You will regularly identify and lead implement opportunities for optimization, including but not limited to advertising creative and landing page optimization, bid management, and budget allocation.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Strong familiarity with ad tech platforms, including an ability to build and interpret data reporting from a variety of digital media platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
• Turn client strategies into outcomes through strong follow through and impeccable communication and reporting skills
• Work with teams to improve KPIs through data insights and reporting that needs to be presented for internal and external stakeholders
• Refine the reporting process for client campaigns including managing the universal data pull, creating report templates and partnering with the media team on data insights
• Track ROI & profitability of marketing campaigns using performance metrics and make strategic decisions as needed
• Leverage statistical & predictive analysis and let data guide campaign decisions
• Ability and desire to tell stories and influence strategy through numbers and research
Experience:
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree, a major or minor in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics, etc.) and at least 5 years’ experience evaluating quantitative advertising data. We expect you to have experience with digital media and analytics platforms including Tableau (or similar BI tools), DCM, Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager etc.. Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Firebase and BigQuery is a plus.
Compensation:
Our Client is interested in hiring premier performers and has a compensation package designed to support that goal. There is an excellent base salary in the $90,000 - $100,000 and an accompanying comprehensive benefits package.
