We need someone who’s an experienced business practice leader. Someone who has a vision for how we manage client services, what works and what doesn’t.
We need someone who’s a strategic thinker. Someone who can establish our business practice of Client Management and Development. This person will be leading the Client Service team. We want a people person, a developer of people.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Develop a trusted relationship with client stakeholders, keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Manage projects within the strategy and scope of operations, to include coordinating resource allocation with internal teams, tracking performance, being accountable for project timeliness and profitability.
• Build and develop our Client’s internal account service team, hiring as necessary to maintain alignment of Client workload with agency capacity, mentor, train and help colleagues grow professionally.
• Travel as necessary (up to 25%) for Client meetings.
Experience:
We’re looking for exceptionally curious thinkers and proactive doers. We need someone who’s managed an account service team in a consultancy, agency or similar entity. We’re looking for a thoughtful, empathetic and curious thinker who understands the power of the future on the now.
