Overview:
As a Digital Strategist, you’ll provide day-to-day strategy for specific and/or multiple pieces of client and internal business. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary internal team to develop innovative, timely and culturally relevant strategy that inspires breakthrough and effective creative work. You’ll have a proven track record of working collaboratively with creative teams and clients. You’re highly self-motivated by a variety of problems that require analysis, insights and solutions to resolve. In addition, you are an exceptional communicator and storyteller, with an analytic mind and a passion for research and insight driven strategies.

Principle Responsibilities:
• Provide digital thought leadership to both clients and colleagues.
• Own the execution, strategy and vision for all funnels and customer journeys across digital channels to driving sales and growth on all products, platforms and services.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments in strategy to meet goals.
• Include strategic insights as applicable on client-facing digital reports.
• Possess an advanced knowledge of the interaction of paid/owned/earned media & bring an ability to strategize the best mix for a specific piece of business.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and collaboration, and act as a partner to fellow team leads.
• Instill diversity, equity and belonging principals to ensure a respectful, accepted and valued treatment of all.
Experience:
We’re looking for ambitious modern marketers with a related degree and at least five years’ agency, PR or media firm. We’re looking for paid search (SEM or PPC), diverse media experience including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. With that paid social media experience, we’ll also appreciate experience with Programmatic Display, Direct Email, Geo-Fencing and Retargeting. We’ll be impressed with Google Analytics, Adwords or Facebook Ads certifications.
